"Richard also conducted a
one to one coaching
session on non-verbal
communication. This was
tailored to the specific
issues I raised, fun as well
as thought provoking and
followed up with a helpful
written summary with tips
and pointers. Richard is
an excellent coach who
has helped me to
significantly improve my
knowledge and awareness
of the power of good
communication and
provided a range of
material for future
reference. Thank you!"
